Quinn wandered along the banks of the Lake before taking a seat on one of the chairs around the lake she pulled her legs up and wrapped her arms around them. She had just thrown up for the 5th morning in a row and was terrified about going to the doctor to see what they would say. Quinn decided that she would just ignore it hopefully it was just a stomach bug that would go away before too long, well she hoped it was a stomach bug. 

She rested her head on her knees she was finally free but it seemed like the horror was still following her, she couldn't sleep without reliving the past and she wanted it to stop. She wanted to forget what had been happening to her for as long as she could remember.

Tamal had been watching Quinn as she walked along the banks and took a seat. She finally followed, realizing something was up with her friend by the way she sat. The first sign that Quinn would get of her approach was the shadows that drifted ahead of her. The shadows generally floated around Tamal but that had shifted ahead to give the girl warning as Tamal had wanted. She drew them back to herself as she took a seat beside the other girl, placing a comforting hand on the girls shoulder. "Hey. What's up Quinn? We are safe now. You don't need to worry about that."

Quinn stiffened a bit as the shadow approached but relaxed when she realized that it was just Tamal. "I just can't help but remember what has happened. I just I think there is something wrong with me." She tells her with a sob before starting to cry. "I...I think, I might be p-p-pregnant." She finally manages to get out between sobs, hiding her face in her legs, unable to look at the other girl dreading to see the look of disgust or horror on the other girls face. They had all been so kind to her and she couldn't take anything changing that.

Tamal shifted to wrap her arms around the girl. "Why don't you tell me what happened?", she was wondering what had made a child of Aphrodite become so neglectful of her looks. Tamal had hidden in the shadows and watched her friends be claimed by their godly parents wanting to know who she had been traveling with. Most had not surprised her but she had more suspected Quinn to be a child of Hebe then one of Aphrodite. "Did you want to go see some of the healers to be sure. If you are though I promise you, you wont be alone. I may be scary but I do care", he continued.

"I just, it happened my whole life, but I just, I was...was...raped. I, it's been going on for as long as I can remember, But after I ran away and was returned, it got worse, I was like a prisoner in my own home and then, they would get clients and the made me, they made me." She said looking up at the other girl tears dripping down her cheeks, the other girl had to believe her, she didn't want what happened to happen. "You have to believe me, they made me." She begs Tamal, looking petrified that the other girl wouldn't believe her.

"I...I don't know? Maybe, but if I do it'll be real, I can't be a mum I don't know how to be a mum." She says getting more distraught by the second, tears resumed slipping down her face, as her breathing became unstable.

Tamal held Quinn closer to her. "Hey it's not your fault. Of course I believe you", she replied, rubbing her back softly to try and calm her down. She could tell how broken the girl was feeling and if the guys that had done this too her where still she would make sure that wasn't for long. She had to force herself to calm her anger as she noticed the shadows drawing closer to them.

"I know its scary. None of us know how to be a mother but if you find out the truth, it will give us time to prepare", she replied softly. "You won't face this alone Quinn. Maybe we can ask Artemis for advice even."

Quinn sniffled looking up at her with fearful look. "You really believe me? They didn't when I told them, they took me back to them. I don't want to go back don't make me go back!" She says almost yelling at the end shuddering in horror at the thought of being taken back to them again.

"Really? You'll help me with it? Learning how to be a mother? I want to do a good job, I don't want to hurt them like I was hurt." She tells her after calming slightly at the other girls words feeling much better now that she had someone else to lean on and not have to go through this all by herself. "Artemis? Which one is she again?"
